Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Strachan Builders does with the information you send us through this website. It applies to this website only.

If you fill in the estimate form or contact us, we collect what you choose to give us: your name, phone number, email address, the community you are in, and whatever you tell us about your project.

If you choose to attach files, we also collect those photos or documents and basic file details. Please remove financial information, identification numbers, unrelated faces, licence plates, and other sensitive details before uploading.

We use your information to respond to your inquiry, arrange a site visit, prepare an estimate, and carry out work you hire us to do. That is it.

We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists without you asking us to.

Your information is seen by the people at Strachan Builders who need it to respond to you and do the work.

Website service providers may process limited information on our behalf, including our website host, Supabase for private form storage, Google for email delivery, and Cloudflare when spam protection is enabled.

We may share limited project details with suppliers or trades where it is necessary to complete your project, or where we are required to by law.

We keep inquiry and project records for as long as we need them for business and tax purposes, and then dispose of them.

A specific retention schedule still requires owner and legal review before launch.

This website does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking. If that changes, this policy will be updated first.

Cloudflare Turnstile may use essential browser data to distinguish people from automated submissions when it is enabled.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us at strachanbuilderskl@gmail.com or 705-622-9897.
