Full exterior re-sides, insulated sheathing, trim, and skirting — the envelope work that changes how a house looks and how it holds heat.
Siding is the most visible thing you can do to a house, and it is also one of the few upgrades that improves comfort at the same time. Adding insulated sheathing under new siding cuts down on drafts and cold spots that no amount of turning up the furnace will fix.
We do complete exterior packages: strip the old material, deal with whatever is found underneath, install insulated sheathing, and finish with siding, trim, and skirting so the whole envelope reads as one job rather than a patchwork.

Complete removal of the old exterior and installation of new siding across every elevation.
Insulated sheathing
Rigid insulated sheathing installed under the siding to improve the thermal envelope while the walls are open.
Trim and detail work

Skirting
Skirting around the base of the house, finished to match the rest of the exterior.

Targeted repairs and panel replacement where a full re-side is not needed.
How the job runs

We walk every elevation with you and talk through the material and colour options before quoting.

Scaffolding goes up and the old siding comes off one section at a time so the house is never left needlessly exposed.

Anything rotten or damaged in the sheathing gets addressed before new material goes on. If we find something unexpected, you hear about it before we proceed.

Insulated sheathing, siding, trim, and skirting go on section by section, and the site is cleaned up at the end of each day.
